"Guardian of the Wind" is the first story written in the fantasy genre by Pegah Khodadi. The protagonist of this story is a young woman named Ivar who is a member of the guards. He and his companion Anush are trying to save the humans and end the terrible winter that the devil has ruled the earth. Ivar soon realizes that this is costly, but he wants something, something he is willing to take anyway, so he embarks on an adventurous journey full of dangers and unknowns.

The story of "Guardian of the Wind" is a free interpretation of Iranian mythology that takes place in the form of an epic fantasy in a mythical and historical atmosphere. Although the story is written in simple and fluent language for today's audience. ( 2018 )
